Monday morning: who cleans what?
From a full house to a plan for every housekeeper in a few minutes.
The situation
A hotel of 60 rooms has 22 departures, 9 stay-overs and two housekeepers off sick. The manager has to hand out the day before the first guests ask for their rooms.
Without a shared system
- The manager walks the floors with a notebook and phones people one by one.
- Nobody knows how many people the day really needs until it is already running late.
- At noon nobody can say which rooms are done and which are still waiting.
With Kleenee
- The overview shows the day as a board: waiting, in progress, ready for inspection and done, with rooms listed by floor.
- On the plan page the manager ticks a room or single tasks and assigns many at once. A count per person shows who is overloaded.
- A staffing estimate turns the day's tasks and the usual minutes per task into the number of people needed.
What you get
The day is handed out in minutes, and from then on the board shows what is happening without a single phone call.
