Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Sign in with your email address and use every Ultimate feature for 14 days. You only enter card details when you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and continue without interruption. If you don’t, access is locked: neither you nor your team can see your data until you choose a plan. After signing in you only get a button to choose a plan, and if you need more time to try Kleenee, write to support and we will extend your trial. We keep your data for another 90 days.
What counts as a billable unit?
Every room or apartment you manage in Kleenee, at your plan’s monthly rate. The minimum charge is €10 per month. Users are never charged, however many you have.
Can I change plans or cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. When you upgrade or add rooms, you pay only the difference for the rest of the billing period. After cancelling, Kleenee remains available until the end of the paid period.
How do I pay, and who sends the invoice?
By card, monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller, which emails your invoice and charges VAT where applicable.
Do my staff need to install an app?
No. Kleenee runs in the browser on any phone and can be added to the home screen like an app. iOS and Android apps are on the way.
Does Kleenee work with the booking system we already use?
It already works with Booking.com, Airbnb and any channel that offers an iCal calendar. Direct integrations with hotel property management systems are on the way, so bookings and room status stay in step both ways. Where is my data stored?
On servers in Frankfurt, in the European Union. Photos are visible only to your team, and we never store guest names or contact details.
