Support Engineer
You answer hotels and their staff in chat and by email. Our support is always given by people, never a bot or AI.
What you would do
- Answer questions in English, Serbian or Croatian.
- Help new customers set up properties, rooms and their team.
- Investigate bugs and describe them clearly for development.
- Write and update articles in the help center.

Full-stack Developer
You work on the app for managers and staff, the website and the admin portal. Everything lives in one repository.
What you would do
- Build new features from the database to the screen.
- Write migrations, access rules (RLS) and SQL tests.
- Connect Kleenee with hotels’ PMS systems.
- Look after the speed and security of the app.

Mobile Developer
You build the app staff use during their shift: tasks, checklists, photos and issue reports, on iPhone and Android.
What you would do
- Bring the web app’s features to the phone.
- Work on notifications, the camera and working with a weak signal.
- Keep the app simple for everyone on the team.

Partnerships
You meet hotels, chains and PMS companies in the region and help them start using Kleenee.
What you would do
- Give walkthroughs to property owners and managers.
- Build relationships with PMS companies and other partners.
- Bring back to the team what hotels really need.
