A team that speaks several languages
Every person uses the app in their own language, with notifications on their phone.
The situation
The team includes people who are more comfortable in Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian or English. The manager does not want to translate every task.
Without a shared system
- Instructions go out in one language, and some people understand them only partly.
- Staff learn about new work by being called, not by a message that stays.
