Changes at the front desk that move cleaning on their own.
The situation
A guest in room 305 wants one more night. Another guest asks to move from 210 to 214 because of noise, and a third leaves a day early.
Without a shared system
- Housekeeping learns about it at the end of the day, if at all.
- The old room is cleaned for nobody, or the new one is not ready when the guest comes up.
With Kleenee
- The front desk extends the stay or moves it to another unit. The old room turns dirty and the stay continues in the new one.
- When a guest checks out early, the cleaning for that stay moves to now.
- The overview tile and the plan card show the day's status: room move, early departure, extension, guest in room.
- If the guest has a pet, the mark moves with them.
